House Renovation – Case Study 01

Chris and Simone decided to move from the London suburbs, to the more rural hamlet of Roydon, in Essex. Somewhere more peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle.

Their house included a fantastic garden space with its own pond and an abundance of foliage and flowers, complimented with a willow over the pond. All extremely idyllic apart from the house, which needing extensive refurbishment.

As you can see, a full J. Berry makeover with 2 storey side and single rear extensions were added, as well as a loft conversion over the garage.

New bespoke coloured wooden sash windows, a hand built oak staircase, 4 new bathrooms and a gorgeous handmade kitchen completed their perfect, forever home.
